Note: A lash assessment will be conducted prior to your Lash Lift service to evaluate your natural lash length, thickness, and overall suitability for the treatment. Very short, fine, or sparse natural lashes may not be ideal candidates for a Lash Lift. Your esthetician will discuss the best options to help you achieve your desired results.

Appointment Policies

  • Wet sets and wispy sets are not currently offered.
  • Fills must be scheduled within the appropriate timeframe for optimal retention.
  • Fullness cannot be guaranteed if booked outside the recommended fill window due to time constraints.
  • Clients arriving 15 minutes late will be required to reschedule and may be subject to a late cancellation fee.
  • 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged according to spa policy.
  • Service times are estimated and may vary based on desired results.
