Brow & Lash Appointments

  • Please arrive with a clean brow and/or eye area free of makeup, oils, or skincare.
  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
  • Clients arriving 15 minutes late will be required to reschedule and may be subject to a late cancellation fee.
  • 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged according to spa policy.
  • Service times are estimated and may vary based on brow density, lash density, and desired results.

Lash-Specific Policies

  • Existing extensions from another provider require professional removal prior to a new full set.
  • Wet sets and wispy sets are not currently offered.
  • Fills must be scheduled within the appropriate timeframe for optimal retention.
  • Appointments beyond three weeks are considered full sets.
  • Fullness cannot be guaranteed if booked outside the recommended fill window due to time constraints.
  • Service times are estimated and may vary based on brow density and desired results.
